Lakeshore Homes & Design is a residential contractor specializing in custom home design and new construction in Western North Carolina.

Lakeshore Homes was founded in 2021 by Dave and Josh Shultz, an architect father and a builder son, who saw the need for a design build firm that could simply deliver clients better quality, at a better price, with genuine and personal service every step of the way.

Our mission is not only to deliver clients with homes that last their family generations, but to give them an experience that is second to none every step of the process.
